Welcome to Hummingbird Playgarden
A gentle transition from home life to grade school, Hummingbird Playgarden is a special preschool/kindergarten experience for children 3, 4 and 5 years of age.
In a beautiful, nourishing, homelike environment chidren are guided by an experienced and loving teacher.
With an emphasis on natural materials and open ended playthings, the Hummingbird Playgarden program uses an approach based on creative and imaginative-play, movement and arts.
Our small group setting allows for ample attention and guidance, providing children with a positive foundation for their educational journey. Families experience the richness of an intimately warm and supportive community.
We are located on the west side of Ukiah in Northern California.
